Q.How did you decide to join the company?
A. studied programming and other specialized knowledge during my university years,
and I wanted to work in a company where I could apply these skills.
At that time, an interview was held in China for Beijing Hoyo Technology Development Co., Ltd.
Since I was also interested in working in Japan, I decided to join the company.
Q.Can you tell me about your work?
A.I am responsible for developing new embedded systems for automotive applications, as well as modifying and updating existing systems.
Since joining the company, I have prioritized a hands-on learning approach, which has helped me grow significantly. Recently, I have gained enough experience to take on end-to-end tasks, including writing system design documents, coding, and conducting test operations.
Q.Future Goals and Aspirations
A.I want to take on various projects and continue learning new knowledge and skills.
In the future, I aim to become a project leader and an engineer who is personally recognized by clients and entrusted with important work.
Q.Work Environment
A.After joining the company, I underwent training in embedded technology and Japanese language skills.
My senior colleagues are approachable and easy to talk to, creating a comfortable and supportive environment where asking questions and seeking advice feels natural.
