Q.How did you decide to join the company?
A.I initially aspired to work for a Japanese system development company.
During my university years, I strongly desired to enhance my skills and gain experience in various system development projects.
Hoyo Tech provided opportunities not only to build existing systems but also to develop new and innovative software solutions. This diversity in development projects was a major factor in my decision to apply and ultimately join the company.
Q.Can you tell me about your work?
A.As the Project Leader of the Embedded Systems Development Team,
I am involved in a wide range of tasks, including system development, on-site instructions, schedule management, and client coordination.
Leading a team comes with great responsibility, but the sense of accomplishment when a project succeeds is immense. This role is both challenging and deeply rewarding.
Q.Future Goals and Aspirations
A.My primary objective is to effectively share project tasks among as many team members as possible, thereby reducing workload and enhancing efficiency.
Beyond my own professional growth, I aim to create an environment where team members can seamlessly engage in development work, ensuring smooth collaboration and optimized workflows.

A.Each department has a well-established support system, creating a smooth and efficient work environment. Strong collaboration across departments ensures that unexpected issues are addressed flexibly, with team members supporting each other as needed.
Since this workplace involves frequent interaction with colleagues, the communication flow is seamless, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
