Q.How did you decide to join the company?
A.Since my student days, I have loved travel and cars,
so when considering employment, I wanted to work for a global company in the automotive industry.
At a university job fair, I had the opportunity to speak with employees from Hoyo Tech. Their insights into system development fascinated me, and I was drawn to the challenge and fulfillment of this field, which led to my decision to join the company.
Although I come from a humanities background, the comprehensive training and the supportive senior colleagues have enabled me to work confidently and effectively in my role.
Q.Can you tell me about your work?
A. am currently involved in the development of open systems for automotive applications.
My responsibilities include new system development, adding features to existing systems, and debugging errors.
Through regular client meetings, I carefully assess their requirements to provide flexible and tailored solutions. To meet these needs, I continuously refine my technical expertise and knowledge.
Q.Future Goals and Aspirations
A.I joined the company without prior experience,
but thanks to the guidance and support of many senior colleagues, I was able to develop my skills and grow professionally.
am not sure if I can truly repay the kindness I received, but in the future, I hope to take on a role where I can mentor and educate others.
Q.Work Environment
A.I feel that this company values communication.
Team communication is naturally emphasized, but even during breaks, employees from different departments and teams casually chat while having meals together. When facing development challenges, it’s common to seek advice from senior colleagues working on different projects.
The ability to enjoy work regardless of age or nationality is one of the company’s greatest strengths.
