Job Description – Automotive Embedded Development Engineer | [Position] You will be assigned to a desired project from a broad range of automotive embedded development opportunities. [Specific Job Responsibilities] Projects will be entrusted to you based on your experience, interests, and suitability. ■ Automotive Embedded Development ●Responsible for developing and evaluating embedded software manufactured by the Aisin Group. ●Teams are divided into Development and Evaluation & Testing, with assignments based on experience. ●Body Systems (Seats, sliding doors, sunroofs, etc.) ●Braking Systems (Brake-related technologies) ●Communication Systems ●Advanced Development |

Working Hours | ●Flexible Work System (Standard daily working hours: 8 hours) ●No core time or flexible time restrictions ●Typical working hours example: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ●Shortened working hours negotiable Flexible Work to Match Your Lifestyle If 160 hours per month are met across 20 working days, employees can freely adjust their hours!
