Salary Information | ●Salary Structure ●Monthly Salary ●Starting Salary (2022 Data) ●Technical Position (University Graduate) ●Base Salary: ¥217,000 ●Total: ¥217,000 ●Technical Position (Junior College Graduate) ●Base Salary: ¥190,000 ●Total: ¥190,000 ●Technical Position (Graduate School Graduate) ●Base Salary: ¥230,000 ●Total: ¥230,000 ● Fixed Overtime Pay ●Not Included ●Overtime pay is provided for any work exceeding the designated monthly hours. ● Transportation Expenses ●Covered within the specified amount (¥25,000) ●Bonuses ●Twice a year (March, September) ●Approximately 3 months’ worth annually (2024 Data) ●Salary Increase ●Once a year ●Increase Rate: 3%” |
